Terms & Conditions

1. Scope
These General Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Swiss Starter Pack platform operated by Alpian SA, incorporated under Swiss law with its registered office in Geneva.
2. Services
The platform provides a curated offer of services for people relocating to Switzerland. We act as an intermediary connecting you with independent partner service providers: banking (Alpian), insurance (Groupe Mutuel), mobile and internet (Salt), and rental deposit guarantees (FirstCaution). The Swiss Starter Pack does not itself provide these services.
3. Registration & Eligibility
To use the platform you must be at least 18 years of age. By submitting an offer request you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete.
4. Partner Services
Each partner service is subject to its own terms and conditions, which you will be asked to accept separately. The Swiss Starter Pack is not a party to the agreements you enter into with our partners and bears no liability for the performance, quality, or availability of partner services.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property on the platform are owned by Alpian SA or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Swiss law, our liability is limited to direct damages caused by intentional misconduct or gross negligence. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, nor for any losses arising from your use of partner services.
7. Data Protection
Your personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable Swiss and European data protection legislation.
8. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through a notice on the platform.
9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by Swiss law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Geneva, Switzerland.
